AGREEMENT WITH END-USERS

IMPORTANT: PLEASE SCROLL DOWN AND READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (AGREEMENT) CAREFULLY BEFORE CLICKING AN AGREE OR ACTIVATE OR SIGN UP OR SIMILAR BUTTON OR INSTALLING OR USING THE MOBILE APPLICATION AND/OR ANY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CA THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGALsLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND REFERREVIEW, INC. (COMPANY) THAT OUTLINES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR USE OF ALL SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND SOFTWARE.YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED OR REFERENCED HEREIN BY CLICKING AN AGREE OR ACTIVATE OR SIGN UP OR SIMILAR BUTTON OR BY INSTALLING AND/OR USING THE APPLICATION OR APPLICATIONS. DO NOT CLICK ON AGREE OR ACTIVATE OR SIGN UP OR SIMILAR BUTTONS OR INSTALL OR USE THE APPLICATION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ANY CHANGES, ADDITIONS, OR DELETIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE COMPANY AND WILL NOT BE PART OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Grant of License

The Company grants You a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to install and use the Application on a single Mobile Device that You own and control, and to access and use the Application on such Mobile Device strictly following the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Usage Rules, and any service agreement associated with your Mobile Device (collectively Related Agreements).

Use Restrictions.

All ownership and intellectual property rights in the Application are retained by the Company or its licensors (s). You agree to use the Application(s) strictly following the terms of the Related Agreements and agree not to:

1. decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Application(s);
2. make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the Application(s); or
3. violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with Your access or use of the Application(s).
4. use the Application(s) to create a product, service, or software that is directly or indirectly competitive with, or in any way, a substitute for, any services, product, or software offered by the Company; or
5. use any proprietary information or interfaces of the Company or other intellectual property of the Company in the design, development, manufacture, licensing, or distribution of any applications, accessories, or devices for use with the Application(s); or
6. make any application, accessory, or device

Acceptance of Location-Based Services and Data

Location-based services may be included in or used by the Application(s). If You use or access such location-based services in connection with the Application, You hereby consent to the Application or Applications collecting, transmitting, and using Your location data.

You agree that the Company does not research, monitor, represent, or support Third-Party Content and Services (including any third-party websites accessible via the Application(s)). Furthermore, Your access to and use of Third-Party Content and Services is at Your own discretion and risk, and the Company, its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and licensors assume no liability. The Company expressly disclaims any representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the Third-Party Content and Services, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the Third-Party Content and Services' availability, quality, reliability, features, appropriateness, accuracy, completeness, or legality.
