disappointed
We've frequently taken my dog to PetSmart for grooming, and we've been happy with the results. However, this time, it didn't even appear like our dog had gotten a haircut. They confirmed the length/shortness for the grooming when we dropped him off same as previous times. We are quite dissatisfied and don't plan to remain PetSmart customers.
