WARM WELCOME (at counter) , nice new building , Good coffee
Just visited our new Starbucks at Benton Newcastle East this morning, and I must commend the excellent service provided by the young lady working the counter. This is our second visit in two days, and both visits were attended to by the same staff person ( 5 Stars ) We liked the new coffee shop and the coffee was good. Since our office is close by, we anticipate frequent visits since our regular hangout was in the city, which was farther away.

Coffee lover
The staff provides good service and speaks both Tagalog and English well. Fast service and a spotless environment are also provided. I also love that they support the environment by using paper straws.
